A strong team environment is crucial for making effective decisions and communicating with one another, and this course will help you become a master at using Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams offers a multitude of ways to collaborate as a team. With its various features, Teams provides chat capabilities where you can express your thoughts and personality, conduct video conferences with teams of any size, make and receive calls, and easily share and edit files in real-time using familiar apps like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

The course is designed to help you understand Microsoft Teams both as an administrator and a user. The course is a mixed bag: presentation skills (very good), Microsoft Teams (rather bad) and password management (why?). So, approach this course with and open mind, knowing that the Microsoft Teams part is not the best, despite the title. The trainer goes through the 2020 version of Microsoft Teams, which is far from being the latest, with a rather theoretical approach, reading what he sees on the screen and not giving any context to his explanations and not covering what Teams can deliver in large organizations.

Teams trainer is very young without life and work experience. “All this stuff” says like this does not give me confidence in this course. I would rather stop and get a refund.

I liked being able to choose the speed of play (1x 1.2x, etc.) Presenter doesn't show too much info at once (that's good) Presenter could, occasionally, skip some "fluff" and get to the point.

Managing MS Teams this is more about using MS Teams. I was expecting more from the admin point of view than the user. Was good from a user standpoint

SCAM, no value to pay something. Nothing is along with what are required for the certification MS-700. Over half of the contents are by TJ Walker, on what to care for effective meetings and presentations, which is totally irrelevant to technical details on Microsoft Teams, which should be the main focus of MS-700. Security. Technical part even is not reaching what are asked in MS-700. Even basic concepts and technology background are never referred to. The Microsoft's stance is not understood by the instructor regarding Microsoft Teams and security details. Even the very basic. No basic, no "zero trust". Just brief introduction of something that the instructor is using. I feel that I just wasted my money and time by going through this course. I can never recommend this to anyone else. Beware.

The course is actually refreshing what I already know about Teams. I'm in IT and we use teams daily. I really want to learn the intricacies of troubleshooting for a possible job promotion into our Unified Comms team.

If someone is taking this course, it's nearly guaranteed that they already have MS Teams. Much time was spent on downloading Teams, setting up an account, creating passwords, etc... Then most of the actual "training" is just pointing at options and reading what those options are. I was already a basic level Teams user and after completing this course, I do not feel that I am any further along than I was before I began. I don't want someone to point at an option and read it to me. I want an instructor to actually provide instruction. Lastly, there were huge sections on preparing presentations and preparing for meetings that had nothing to do with MS Teams. They were fine but they should not have been included in this training. I still desire to learn more about Teams but unfortunately, it will not be with this instructor.

Instructor talks fast and its just an advertisement for future purchase. I think it should assume the learner has access to the product and wants to know how to get started.

I REALLY don't need someone whose accent is so strong i can only understand about half of what he says to READ to me what i can read myself on Microsoft's website. What a waste of time!!!

The course material is missing key explanations for certain features, such as, Secondary Ringer (what is that and why would someone want to use this feature), same with background (what does it do and why would it be important or not to use it) ..... Giving detail in the beginning about which platform to use, google, chrome, etc. would also be helpful.

It didn't look like Udemy offered a class oriented toward administration of Teams so I bought this one. This is very basic so far.

Appalling presentation. No preparation done by instructor, therefore it was just watching someone clicking through options. Dreadful.

While tutoring in Poly, I think it is important to have an additional account(s) in Teams and have actual practice session instead of the tutor having only his account. I think this will be more helpful.

Instructor speaking pace is too fast for comprehension. Slower is better for learning, Knowing the material is important, but delivery pace is more important to the student's comprehension.

While not intending to be overtly critical, the instructor's less than 100% command of English (phrases, etc.) is sometimes distracting. 'Again, just a critique, not harsh criticism.
