The course not only teaches diary writing but also teaches life skills to improve work efficiency and quality of life. I have learned many good habits. The lesson is divided into very detailed sections, but it also takes more time to transfer each lesson, which is only long a few dozen seconds.

For those who say the course or the title was misleading, it states clearly in the course title that the course is about journaling and using a journal to build better habits. Not sure how you are confused. I thought the course had some great advice. The instructor is clear spoken and had a great grasp on the material he covered. I am happy with the money spent on the course and the material covered.'

While I certainly agree that the habit suggestions you’ve provided are helpful, this was NOT a course about journaling at all. It was a course about life habits, and you pretended it was about journaling because you noted your checkbox habits in some fashion. That doesn’t make it journaling. That’s unfortunate, because I wanted, and paid for, a course on journaling. That’s pretty lame.

Yes! I'd like to learn more in the next sessions. I've enjoyed Section 1 preliminaries so far. Since I just turned 65 last November 9, I'd like to get into the habit of journaling so I can be a better person in my remaining years of life.

I think it's amazing....Before I watch this I have no idea about Journaling....My friend interested in it... I thought it also like diary writing... But sounds goood... like I also wanna do this.... I am now hanging out with my books because i have exams.... after that i wanna try it.... i will post a feedback about my experience later.... love it

Your list TJ would take me all day and then I might not be able to fullfill it. So. I am only going to do the stuff I think I will enjoy so I can be sure to check it off. There is nothing worse than feeling like a failure. Wrong getting sick with covid. Your list is really long and I can see you put sometime into thinking about it so KUDOS! The course content itself was interesting, thank you. I found the continuous "talking head" style of delivery somewhat monotonous and would have preferred to see some physical examples of journaling and other video clips included at intervals to break up the lecture delivery.
