This course adds a lot more insight to the tool than you get from a simple template. I now know how to sell usage of the tool across my business - something I have really struggled with.

No 5 whys required to buy this course - just 1 needed. Informative, well presented and gets to the heart of the tool.

Yes, definitely ! It is a simple process to follow. Main key for me: define the problem....!!! Then ask the Whys and your last Why must lead you to the correct appropriate solution.

Often solutions are implemented without identifying the true problem, thus a quick fix. This course reminded me to drill down to the actual cause of the problem to ensure that the true problem is identified to ensure a long-term sustainable solution is implemented.

It is a very straightforward course. It is imperative to take notes and pay attention to the course - it is not advised to bingewatch it. It may be an 1-hour course, but there is a lot of information to digest, to think about it and to put in practice. It is a good investment.
