There is good basic knowledge here, though from the course description it looked like there would be activities to engage with the content, though I did not find that here.

I really enjoy courses from this instructor because he always has great ideas for how to improve sales, retain customers, and make more money. This one is a short but informative course with specific and easy ways to develop better relationships with customers, thus retaining them and offering them more opportunities to buy from you.

I have enrolled in other courses from the same instructor before now and Mr Genadinik is always professional, honest and he practices what he preaches. I think that is the best trait he has. He puts into practice everything that he teaches. You will find many other instructors don't do that, but Alex Genadinik definitely does do that and he can prove it.
