This is really good short & sweet course on public speaking covering all aspects & action to take to improve and boost your confident level. Really liked section 4 on Performance which gives practical idea of recording your own video and make a list of all what you like & you don't like, keep practicing till your what you like list increases & don't like list goes down, good input.
