Lecture 1: How to Do ATM Lessons Safely & Effectively 🎓
In this introductory lecture, you'll learn the essentials of safely and effectively engaging with ATM lessons to maximize your learning experience.
Lecture 2: Sitting Towards The Heels 🐫
This lesson guides you through a movement exploration that helps you discover freedom in your spine while in a hands-and-knees position. It's a 39-minute journey recorded live in the dance studio, suitable for all levels. Remember, the demonstration provided at the beginning is for reference; the essence of Feldenkrais is in the self-exploration you do while listening to the audio instructions.
Lecture 3: Baby Alligator 🦁
In this lesson, you'll learn how to organize and strengthen your trunk effectively. Suitable for all levels, this 48-minute lesson recorded in the dance studio will help you find new strength and control in a rotated position on your front.
Lecture 4: Flying Mermaid 🧜♀️
This lesson focuses on core strength and control while lying on your back. By exploring the relationship between your head and pelvis, you'll gain a clearer understanding of how these parts work together to support your movements.
