It just lets us know about the topics that comes under CSS. Its good for a beginner but not recommended to the intermediate skilled learner. Overall the explanation is good.

Very Basic Course and didn't cover all the aspects of CSS, neither it is a crash course nor it is a introductory, looks the accent, clearly it indicates that the person is reading the script and in this it is stucking
