I like this course. He gives a lot of great ideas on how to work out quickly and simply. He goes more deeply into selfie speak. The part that was rough for me is a good chunk is like his life purpose class. I could see why, though—sometimes people don't take both. However, it is useful either way. If you have health issues which make it difficult to focus on some exercise, do your best with this course, take notes, and create recordings for later when you're better prepared for sticking to a simple program.

Gave up after half an hour, when "hide away tempting foods and eat an apple insetad" was mentioned multiple times. But it was really "don't stay out at a bar after 10pm to avoid cheating on your spouse" that showed me this course was not worth any more time.

In fact, I was expecting something slightly different: More like the willpower to step up to opposing people or uncomfortable situations. The course is still good, so a) I'll stay for now, b) maybe that part might yet come and c) the system TJ is showing is - when you give it a closer look - somewhat applicable on what I looking for. Might upgrade to 5(ish) stars later.

Redundant and I wasn't expected it to be that much pragmatic. The main interesting point was the use of self-recorded audios for creating and maintaing healthy habits.
