I don't think it will be easy for a person who never did electrical engineering to understand. I think the presenter need to explain more for the people who are not technical. but for me, I love it so far.

Really boring explanations, no interactivity, at minimum some mouse pointer highlighting and drawing would be necessary. The content of the course should be 3/5 but the heavy asian accent and monotone voice it makes this terrible
